About Awave

aWAVe shoes have been developed using skills and expertise built up over the last 40 years.

At aWAVe, our passion for quality and craftsmanship is reflected in the style and comfort of our shoes. We offer a range of shoes that are innovative yet still retain the traditional characteristics which underpin quality shoe construction.

Our shoes are researched and designed in the UK and are designed to fit the UK foot, they are not re-sized American fittings.

We use only the finest materials to produce shoes with a high quality finish and all our factories have been chosen for their high ethical standards and supreme level of quality control. We have our own design team and quality inspectors to ensure consistency in production.



We are members of the Shoe and Allied Trade Research Association (SATRA) who operate an international research, testing and technology centre where we send our shoes to be tested. They ensure that our shoes are safe to use, are fit for purpose and that they conform to a unique set of performance guidelines and national, European and international legislation.
