We aim to dispatch within 48 hrs, although most of our orders are dispatched sooner. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on the Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday or next working day.
Please include an email address on your order so we can email you a tracking number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK Delivery - £5.30
This is a trackable 3 - 7 working day service. Up to 7 days for the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight)
A signature is required - we do ask that you provide any delivery instructions you may have for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place should you not be available to receive it.
Once your order has been dispatched our couriers will email you details of your consignment number so you can track your delivery.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will only be dispatched on the Monday or if a Bank Holiday, the next working day.
Next Day UK Delivery - £7.95
We offer a Next day delivery trackable service within the UK Mainland for orders received Monday – Thursday before 12.00 noon. We aim to dispatch orders received before midday on the same working day for next day delivery.
Please call 0844 381 4548 to confirm your order if placed just before 12.00 noon.
Any orders placed after midday will be processed as soon as possible, and may only get dispatched the following working day. Working day’s means Monday – Friday.
Orders placed on Thursday after 12.00pm (midday) and before 12.00pm (midday) Friday, will only be delivered on the Monday.
Orders placed on Friday after 12.00pm (midday) or over the weekend, will only be dispatched on the Monday for delivery Tuesday or if a Bank Holiday, the next working day.
We use DPD for all our next day deliveries. As this is a trackable service a signature is usually required.
If necessary, please provide any delivery instructions you may have for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place should you be unavailable.
DPD will send you an email once your order is dispatched which will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your parcel on www.dpd.co.uk website.
You will be contacted by DPD either by email or text message, to notify you of a ‘1hour’ delivery time slot allocated to you on the day of delivery.If the time indicated is not convenient for you, you can contact DPD direct through their website to re-arrange delivery of your parcel using one of the following options.
Please note restrictions to some remote areas in the UK mainland (Scottish Highlands) / UK offshore (Northern Ireland) and where a next day delivery service is not available – please see list below of affected post codes:

Ireland / Scottish Highlands Delivery
Orders from Ireland (Republic / Northern Ireland) and Scottish Highlands are sent on a 2 day trackable courier service.
Orders received before midday, will be dispatched on the same working day on a two day service.
Orders placed on the Friday or over the weekend will only be dispatched on the Monday or if a Bank Holiday, the next working day.
A signature is usually required for this service. If necessary, please provide any delivery instructions you may have for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place.
