FREE DELIVERYWe are closed this bank holiday Monday. But don't worry, all orders placed over the bank holiday will be dispatched on Tuesday with a speedy delivery as always!
Your shoes will be delivered by the DPD courier service (UK & Ireland only).
Please make sure somebody will be available to sign for your shoes or you can let us know of any delivery notes when placing your order.
Order by 11am and your shoes will be dispatched the same day, order after that time and your shoes will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days.
Once your shoes have been dispatched, we will e-mail you with your unique tracking number, so you can follow their journey to their new home. But don't worry, we'll also keep an eye on them to make sure they are delivered on time!

NO QUIBBLES RETURNS
We hope that you will love your new shoes! However, should you need to return them for any reason please follow our simple no quibbles guidelines below:
Fill out the returns form enclosed in your shoe box and place in the box, stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. Carefully pack up the shoes in their original box and a secure outer wrapper. Take them to your local Post Office and return to:

We ask that you pay for the postage to return the shoes. Please also retain a proof of postage receipt just in case your parcel goes missing as it is your responsibilty until the shoes are received by our warehouse.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your shoes are faulty when you receive them please send them back to us, following the above guidelines. We will also refund your postage cost.
