FREE UK & IRELAND DELIVERY ON EVERY ORDER!


  • Your shoes will be delivered by the DPD courier service (UK & Ireland only).
  • At the moment we do not deliver outside of the UK & Ireland so please contact us if you would like us to provide shipping costs.
  • All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day, orders placed after that time will dispatch the next working day.
  • Delivery usually takes between 1-2 working days. Delivery to Ireland & N. Ireland usually takes between 2-3 days.
  • To help deliver a smooth service without any hitches, we do ask that someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can detail any delivery instructions that you may have for the DPD driver when placing your order.
  • Once your shoes have been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a notification e-mail with your unique tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once your shoes have been dispatched from our warehouse, DPD will send you an e-mail with your delivery date. From this order you will be able to track the status of your parcel online.

On the day your shoes are due for delivery, DPD will e-mail you again with your one hour delivery time slot. If this is not convenient, you have the option to change the delivery online.

What if I've missed my DPD delivery?

If DPD have attempted to deliver your parcel and no one has been available to sign for it, DPD will have left you a 'Sorry we missed you' calling card. With this you can follow one of the three options below:


Change your delivery date to a day more convenient for you.


Change your delivery date with new instructions for the DPD delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe place.


Collect your parcel from your local depot.

NO QUIBBLES RETURNS
We hope that you will love your new shoes! However, should you need to return them for any reason please follow our simple no quibbles guidelines below:

  • Fill out the returns form enclosed in your shoe box and place in the box, stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  •  Carefully pack up the shoes in their original box and a secure outer wrapper. Take them to your local Post Office and return to:

  • As we have free courier delivery we do ask that you pay for the postage to return the shoes.
  • It is not necessary to send them back via special delivery but please retain a proof of postage receipt just in case your parcel goes missing as it is your responsibilty until the shoes are received by our warehouse.
  • Our no quibbles returns policy means that you can return your shoes within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned shoes once they have been worn or damaged.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your shoes are faulty when you receive them please send them back to us unworn, following the above guidelines. We will also refund your postage cost.

Faulty Items after wear
Should your shoes develop a genuine fault through wear please get in touch with the aWave customer care team as we may be able to resolve the issue via e-mail without any need to return the shoes for inspection. If it does become necessary for our quality control department to inspect the faulty shoes, our customer service team will advise accordingly. If there is a genuine fault, we will offer you either an exchange for a new pair or a refund. We will also refund your postage costs.

Unsure about your shoes?

If you are unsure about your choice or size upon receipt of your shoes we recommend wearing them briefly indoors before you make the decision to keep them. Please note that after the shoes have been worn outside our no quibble returns policy no longer applies.
