No need to worry about receiving your shoes on time...aWave use a specialist courier service so we'll deliver your shoes as planned!
DELIVERY
We deliver to anywhere in the UK or Ireland using a courier service. We charge a standard rate of £6.50 per pair of shoes shipped. Orders received by 11am will be dispatched the same day, orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery is usually 2-3 days, however this cannot be guaranteed.
An automatic email will be sent to the email address provided on the order at the time of despatch.

Unsuitable Items
Here at aWAVe we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items you have purchased. If the shoes are not as you thought they would be or you do not like them when you get them, you have up to 28 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them ie. not worn, used or damaged and in their original box with all branded materials intact including fobs and shoehorns.
Pack up the shoes carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper, take them to the Post Office and send them back clearly addressed to:

Using the Returns Form that will have been enclosed in the bag when you received your order. You will need to pay the postage and you should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel goes missing as it is your responsibility until it is received at the Warehouse.
We will either give you an exchange free of charge, if this is what you want, or we will refund the purchase price of the shoes. Please indicate your wishes clearly on the Returns Form.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong shoes, please send them back to us and we will offer you an exchange or refund on your purchase. We will also refund any postage costs.
In the unfortunate case of an item that has developed a fault that has not been caused by misuse, please return it to us for inspection. Upon identification of a fault, we will refund any postage charge incurred and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
