Contact us via our website for your free returns label* to attach to your parcel, for returns from UK mainland
and Northern Ireland. We use the My Hermes service for returns. Drop off your parcel off at any
my Hermes Parcel Shop located closest to you.
*Your shoe purchase from Awave Shoes includes one free returns and exchange per order. Further returns
or exchanges are at your expense.
Please note if you are from the Republic of Ireland returns are via Royal Mail at your own expense.
Royal Mail Standard delivery is adequate, ask for a proof of postage receipt in case your parcel goes missing
as it is your responsibility until the shoes are received by our warehouse.
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
Our no quibbles returns policy means that you can return your unwanted shoes for free (UK mainland and
Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland via Royal Mail, within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or
refund for the cost of the shoes.
Providing they are in their original condition and repacked in their original box and the box is wrapped
securely with an outer wrapper.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned shoes once they have been worn or damaged.
FAULTY ITEMS AFTER WEAR
Should your shoes develop a genuine fault after wear please contact our customer service team thorough
our contact us page on the website, to let them know of the problem. We may be able to resolve the issue
via e-mail without any need to return the shoes for inspection.
If it does become necessary for our quality control department to inspect the faulty shoes, our customer
service team will advise accordingly.
If there is a genuine fault, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund.
